• Covers knees but not too long
• No spaghetti straps
• Conservative colour
• Not’ too cheap’ fabric
• Probably not black (am not a fan of the LBD).

I think really pretty, floral patterns are a mistake. Too girly. As is anything too casual. Or too body conscious.

It is a uniform. You can’t fight it. Sometimes uniforms make life easy!
