I’ve started reading The Sweet Poison Quit Plan by David Gillespie. I’m not sure I agree with eating less fruit, but I’m going to give it a try just to see if I feel any different. Different enough to justify following a weird diet.
I’ve never actually done a diet before. Not really my thing. I always prefer to exercise more rather than eat less/differently…. but now that I’ve given up alcohol for a few years, I need to address the sugar/caffeine addictions I’ve developed in its place. I’d rather give up sugar than coffee. Though it is a tough call.
