Things I am grateful for:
1. Neti pots. I use a neti pot every day, and it has changed my life. I am addicted to it. I feel amazing after using it. Literally takes a weight off (my head). I am evangelical about it.
2. Pilates. I go to a Pilates class (using the Reformer machines) every week. I always feel fantastic afterwards. It is hard to get a decent work out with a bad back. On the machines, I get a work out without making my back worse.
3. Living by the ocean. Yesterday on my walk, I saw a whale and a pod of dolphins. For me, nature always puts life in perspective.
