Things I am grateful for:
GIFs of dogs and cats. If I can’t have a pet, at least I can look at them all day.
Walking. I walk for an hour or two about 4 or 5 days a week. It helps with my bad back, plus gets my head straight. Who knew there was a technique for walking? This article (from the Daily Mail) is actually really useful.
MOG. Walking so much is pretty boring. I love listening to music. With MOG I can listen to the charts or find old favourites. On days when I am really bored, playing old Smashing Pumpkins or Radiohead really helps keep me going.
