With winter finally here in Sydney, my coat hunt got a bit urgent. It is so hard to buy a coat when the cost-per-wear is so low.
I found the perfect coat at Oxford Clothing. I have never been in Oxford Clothing before but I think I need to visit it again. Their stuff has a bit of tailoring to it, which I am starting to appreciate more as my middle thickens.
This coat is casual enough for watching soccer on the weekend, smart enough to wear to work.

It is wool so I can wear it in the car or on public transport. I feel really weird wearing anorak/rainproof type gear while sitting down. It is all stiff and noisy. Best of all, this has a funnel collar and pockets!
The only thing it needs is buttons – but given it doesn’t really get cold in Sydney, I can live without them.
AND it was on sale.
