I have been reading Brain Rules by John Medina. I think this book has to be one of the best manuals for human beings that I’ve read so far. It explains so many fascinating details on how the brain works: from how it develops from conception, to how to keep it functioning well into old age.
This book should be required reading in schools.

This book has so many interesting facts about how the brain works. Really it is criminal that we all don’t know this information. It should be taught in schools. So much more important than knowing the cause of World War One.
