Interesting reads

I love spending weekend mornings in bed with tea and my iPad reading.

I am suffering from buyers remorse this week after going a little nuts online shopping. Delivery was free but I might be returning a few things when they arrive. So… this post from Samantha at Fake Fabulous about trying not to buy anything was very relatable for me.

I was fascinated by Linda’s post about the ripple effect of going grey (High Heels in the Wilderness).

If you scroll way way down the bottom of this page Nikki from Midlifechic has a great list of reading suggestions.

Catherine from Not Dressed as Lamb is featuring a BLM special in her best of the blogosphere post this month.

Amanda at Simply Start Living has this incredibly beautiful post on calm living inspiration with some of the best “house porn” I’ve seen. Quite a few bookmark worthy sites here.

This post from Elaine from Square Pearls has inspired me to look into food prepping again, including some links to meal prepping sites. I do 16:8 intermittent fasting but am tempted to try and simplify my main meal (I don’t eat dinner).

The woman that got me into reading blogs Nikki from Styling You has a very relatable post on stopping drinking during lockdown including a review of nonalcoholic drinks.

I learnt about this Blue Zones website (which contains interesting articles and heaps of healthy recipes) from this post at Susan after 60.

And finally a reminder that we should all crown ourselves.
